Co-Editors: Julian Morris and Indur M. Goklany

Julian Morris founded International Policy Network in 2001. He was previously the Director of the IEA’s Environment and Technology Programme. He has two Masters Degrees in economics and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Westminster. He is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Buckingham. His full CV is here.

Dr. Indur M. Goklany is the Assistant Director for Science and Technology Policy in the Interior Department's Office of Policy Analysis, and he has worked with federal and state governments, think tanks, and the private sector for over 30 years. He has written extensively on the interactions between globalization, economic development, environmental quality, technological change, climate change, and human well-being ; and recently authored The Improving State of the World: Why We're Living Longer, Healthier, More Comfortable Lives on a Cleaner Planet (Cato Institute, 2007).

 Book Review Editor: Pierre Desrochers

Pierre Desrochers is Assistant Professor of geography at the University of Toronto Mississauga. His research and teaching activities focus primarily on economic development, technological innovation, entrepreneurship, international trade, business-environment and business-university interactions.
